Both rooms we booked were bright and fairly quiet with spa bath, spectacular views and 2 single beds. There was incredibly nice and very polite staff and the service was amazing. Location: the hotel was close to buzzy Cairo, the shop and the Giza Pyramids. Pizzeria Pizza Hut was located 5 minutes walk away.

This hotel is kind of a joke. The jacuzzi didn't work correctly, and the breakfast was always cold. I was expecting a room upgrade for all my troubles, but i guess that's too much to ask here. The location wasn't even that fantastic. The staff were not exactly friendly.

I loved the panoramic view room with spa bath! Super clean, air conditioning worked great, and I enjoyed the hot tub after exploring. The staff were super accommodating, and the balcony had an awesome view of the pyramids. The rooftop area and food were fantastic too!
